GIUDICI Handcrafted is a one woman operation, with Danielle Giudici Wallis at the helm. Danielle is trained as an artist; she received her BA from Antioch College and her MFA from Stanford University. She has always been interested in shoemaking, collecting shoe lasts and other tooling long before she delved into learning traditional hand-welted shoe construction in 2018. Her art background and a life-long obsession with finding the perfect pair of shoes informs her designs and her desire to create shoes that are built to last. A firm believer in slow fashion, her shoes are made from top quality leathers and hand-welted so that even after years of wear they can readily be repaired.
